Don’t you just love the adorable rolls of a newborn!? Is there really anything cuter than their little knees, their delicate fingers, and their tiny toes? I don’t think so! That’s why I’m so excited to show you how gorgeous these little boys photographs came out, and tell you why I loved photographing him so much!
When Chavi first approached me to capture Elliot’s newborn photos, Chavi was still pregnant and so excited for the birth of her + Adam’s first son! I was so honored to be chosen to document such an important time in Chavi + Adam’s life, as I am each and every time someone asks me to take their baby’s first photos. It’s an honor I hold extremely close to my heart, and something I definitely don’t take for granted! Not only is Chavi is a super talented hairdresser, but Adam is also an incredible nurse, so I knew that little Elliot would be born into a world with passionate, driven, and loving parents – and I couldn’t wait to see him!
Elliot was seven days old when I first met him, and he was the sweetest little guy! He was so great during his session, and each time I would adjust his positioning, he would coo and put himself back to sleep. And really, just look at those adorable little lips!! I can’t believe how perfect they were! Each image was more adorable than the last, and I was so happy with the cool brown and cream tones I chose for the session. Plus, Chavi + Adam’s gorgeous portraits with their first born were absolutely breathtaking, and to this day remain some of my favorite images I’ve ever captured during a newborn session.
